Work on St Andrews Business Park is anticipated to start after completion of Ramsden Business Park.
New roadways will be constructed to adoptable standard.All allotment areas will be transfered to the ownership of Barrow Borough Council. All landscaping will remain in Cumbria County Council's ownership.
The business parks will be complemented by a boat lift, marina village, marina and waterfront sports facilities. A lead developer for the marina will be announced in the near future.

St Andrews Business Park
St Andrews Business Park will be located to the north of the central spine road and it will feature B1 office development to complement the key gateway development in Plot 1A of Ramsden Business Park. It will also address the Central Spine Road and the newly implemented Western Dock Access Road.
B1 office development will be concentrated in this location to provide a high quality gateway to Waterfront Business Park and overlook the Cruise Facility and Walney Channel frontage.
The eastern part of St Andrews Business Park (north of Plot 2 in Ramsden Business Park) will provide the opportunity for further B2 Business development and be accessed directly off the central Spine Road.
