The development of the Waterfront Business Park will create a new designed waterfront gateway for Barrow as a unique business location incorporating influences of the strong maritime history of the area and feature views out over the Walney Channel. It will diversify and expand the economy of Barrow and West Cumbria acting as a flagship for the economic regeneration of the town.
